New open-access journal plans to pay peer reviewers


A new open access journal, Collabra, being launched in March 2015 by the University of California Press, aims to pay peer reviewers and editors some cash from the article processing charge, which they can either keep or forward to the journal's waiver fund or their institution's open access activities.
